Our first priority is to share our delicious chai with anyone who might enjoy it, while hopefully earning a modest living for us and our children. Beyond that, we are committed to benefitting our community and our environment in a meaningful way. That is why at the end of each year, once our owners and employees have all earned the statistical average Canadian income, we will donate 50% of the earnings made that year directly to local charities and renewable energy resource projects. We also want to cultivate new ideas in how we can better our lives as a community both on the small and grand scale. We welcome suggestions from any of our lovely clients on how they’d like their contribution to be spent.
We have consulted with the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and comply their guidelines.
We cook our chai in a kitchen approved by Fraser a Health and processed in accordance with their safety regulations.
Our product is currently being tested for 1 month, 4 month and 12 month ‘best before’ dates.
