OUR STORY

Convinced of the health benefits of chai and wanting to move away from caffeine, we started brewing our own.  We explored ingredients and brewing methods for both traditional and experimental chai.  After two years of trial and error, we came up with a flavour that we absolutely love using whole spices, carefully chosen for their flavour and health benefits, and local B.C. honey.  We loved it so much, we had to share!
